Booking and Payment

• Reservation Process: Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

• Payment Requirements: A full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.

• Booking Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking information. Please ensure to review this confirmation for accuracy.

 

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: Guests may check in starting at 2:00 PM. Early check-in requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

• Check-Out Time: Check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be made in advance but are subject to availability and may also incur additional fees.

Guest Responsibilities

• Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings during their stay. The Sacred Camp will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

• Conduct: We expect our guests to respect the tranquility of the retreat and adhere to our guidelines for maintaining a peaceful environment. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.​

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
