At The Sacred Camp, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our guests regarding cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed.

Cancellation Fees

60 days or more prior to check-in: Guests will receive a full refund (100%) of the total booking amount.

45-59 days prior to check-in: Guests will receive a partial refund (50%) of the total booking amount.

Less than 45 days prior to check-in: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 45 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation Requests
To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your reservation details. We recommend submitting cancellation requests as early as possible to ensure you receive any applicable refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are issued based on the cancellation policy. The amount eligible for a refund depends on the notice period provided before cancellation.

Processing Time: All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or payment method.

Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as service charges or promotional discounts applied at the time of booking, may not be refundable. Guests are encouraged to review their booking confirmation for details regarding any non-refundable amounts.
Special Considerations
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions affecting travel, guests are encouraged to reach out to us for potential exceptions to our standard cancellation policy.
